• Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills and experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
• Provide regular progress updates and detailed candidate feedback to clients.
• Maintain an extensive network of industry contacts and leverage referrals to identify high-calibre talent.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment initiatives.
