Job summary

JK RECRUITMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to identify candidates, engage with client companies, and coordinate hiring processes to hit recruitment targets.

You will source talent via portals and networks, conduct phone interviews, and arrange interviews with clients, all while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or sales to enhance candidate sourcing and client engagement.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Positive, confident, and target-driven attitude to meet recruitment goals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
