As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates to fill various job positions within our client organizations. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Your primary goal will be to match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities while ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

• Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing feedback and guidance throughout the process.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet clients' staffing needs.
