Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and screen for suitable candidates via various job portals like JobStreet, JobSCentral, LinkedIn and in-house system
• Ensure proper registration of job applicants
• Schedule, co‑ordinate and interview candidates
• Identify opportunities for Business Development and build rapport with potential clients through cold calling.
• Perform account management duties by communicating with clients to understand hiring needs
• Any other duties as assigned

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm
• One hour Flexi lunch –1.15 hours

Location:

• 5 - 10 minutes’ walk from Downtown MRT / Tanjong Pagar MRT

• GCE 'O' / 'A' Level / Diploma / Degree
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.
• Applicants should have a cheerful and pleasant disposition.
