Job summary

Seoulstart in Singapore is seeking a recruiter to source qualified talent for open roles via job posts, referrals, and agencies. You will screen candidates to confirm qualifications match open roles and collaborate with leadership to design or streamline interview processes.

You will negotiate compensation with qualified candidates through to offer, and track candidate progress while keeping clean data in the Greenhouse ATS to ensure a smooth hiring workflow.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting, in-house or at a staffing agency.
• Strong sourcing skills to identify where top talent lives.
• Able to work independently across multiple open positions at once.
• Skilled at selling value proposition, negotiating, and closing candidates.
