AIQUIRE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. This delivery-focused role centers on identifying, attracting, assessing, and presenting high-quality candidates for vacancies provided by our client-facing team.

You will not conduct business development or source new clients; instead, you will excel at candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social media and referrals to build strong pipelines and fill roles efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates for active vacancies using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.
• Proactively identify both active and passive candidates who match client requirements.
• Conduct targeted searches using relevant keywords, job titles, industries, skills, and experience.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Reach out to prospective candidates and effectively communicate available opportunities.
• Utilise creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified candidates.
