Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Technology or a related discipline.
• Preferably 3 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High level of communication and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Customise nutritional formulations and lead improvement action programs.
• Review data in CAT/DevEX system and take corrective actions.
• Conduct evaluation of raw materials and perform ingredient adjustments.
• Achieve timely completion of recipe reviews as per schedule.
• Support product development to improve nutritional profiles.
