Job summary

WSH Experts Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a frontline administrator to manage the school's reception, greet visitors, answer calls, and assist with routine clerical tasks.

You will handle student inquiries, assist in health-related administrative processes, maintain records, and support senior staff with daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform front desk duties including telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in customers
• Attend to sick students, issue early release forms for students going home early and keep records of students reporting sick
• Assist in general ad hoc administration
• Any other adhoc duties assigned by Admin Manager/Operation Manager/Vice-Principals/Principal
