A local healthcare company in Singapore is seeking a Night Shift Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide assistance to visitors. Responsibilities include answering calls, performing administrative tasks, and maintaining the reception area. Candidates should possess good communication skills, be customer service oriented, and be available to work 6 days a week. Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but not strictly required. This role offers a salary range of $2,200 – $2,600 with additional benefits.
Working Hours:
6 days a week
Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Answer the calls
Perform basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, documentation)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Assist with customer inquiries and provide information
Coordinate with internal departments when necessary
Ensure smooth operation of outlet
