Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an administrative assistant to support a busy school. You will handle calls, visitors, inquiries from parents, students, staff and vendors, and provide first-level help to unwell students while coordinating with the team on admin tasks.

Ideal candidates show strong communication, reception experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. You will assist with events, records, and various school operations as part of a supportive admin team.

Qualifications

• GCE N-Level or O-Level or equivalent required.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Experience in reception duties, preferably in a school environment, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, visitors, enquiries and messages in a busy school environment.
• Provide administrative support using the school's IT systems.
• Handle queries from parents, students, staff and vendors.
• Make calls to parents regarding student absences and school matters.
• Provide first-level assistance to unwell or injured students and escalate when necessary.
• Assist with canteen matters, FAS applications, arrears, bus bookings and other admin tasks.
• Maintain forms, notices and office records with accurate information.
• Assist with typing, stores supplies management and general administrative duties.
• Support school events and other duties as required.
