Job summary

PERENNIAL (PARRY) AL CARE MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a courteous frontline receptionist to greet residents and visitors at the care facility. You will provide concierge services, manage visitor sign-in, and maintain secure access while answering inquiries with warmth.

You will guide residents with way-finding, keep the lobby tidy, stock supplies, and document daily handover notes. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 1 year experience in care institutions, hospitality or retail industry in a customer service role.
• Neat and well-groomed with warm personality.
• Patient and caring, and willing to serve elderly individuals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to converse in Mandarin and/or other dialects with the residents.
• Able to commit to shift duties (including weekends and public holidays).
