Job summary

Serene Land is seeking a guest services associate to deliver courteous services to guests and handle enquiries with tact. You will liaise with Concierge, Reception, and Front Office to streamline arrivals and departures, while maintaining engagement with long-staying guests and providing timely assistance.

The role requires a positive attitude, good communication skills and flexibility to rotate shifts. Experience in hospitality and Opera knowledge are advantageous, with added benefits including

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera software is advantageous.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous services to guests and respond efficiently to complaints, requests and enquiries.

• Establish contacts with house guests/long-staying guests and render assistance.
• Make courtesy calls to guests.
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries


• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures


• Establish contacts with house guests/ long staying guests and renders assistance when neccessary


• Make courtesy calls to guests


• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations


• Ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage, transport handling and general enquiries

Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent


• Willing to perform rotating shifts


• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills


• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of Opera will be advantageous
