Job summary

PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering in Singapore is seeking a Bellman & Concierge to greet guests warmly on arrival and departure, assist with luggage, and guide guests to hotel amenities and local attractions.

The role also handles loyalty programme enrolments, VIP arrangements, and coordinates arrivals, departures and room moves, while arranging transportation and ensuring a welcoming lobby environment. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written & spoken.
• Able to work on rotating 12 hour shifts (4 days work week) including weekends and/or Public Holidays.

We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented individual to join us as a Bellman & Concierge. This dual-role is essential in delivering seamless and memorable guest experiences.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
• Assist with luggage handling and room escorting

Requirements

• Applicant with PLRD license and/or possesses good knowledge of Opera system will be at an advantage
• Min GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ level and some supervisory skills.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
• Excellent Communication skills, written & spoken
