Job summary

StaffKing Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a friendly front desk and concierge professional to greet residents and visitors and provide professional assistance during their visit.

You will handle phone and online enquiries, visitor registration, directions and requests, coordinating with internal teams for timely follow-up. A diploma with hospitality experience is preferred; 12-hour shifts are part of roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification, with 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, front desk, concierge, customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and reception area, greet residents, families, visitors and guests, and provide professional assistance throughout their visit.
• Handle phone and online enquiries, visitor registration, directions and requests, coordinating with relevant internal teams to ensure timely follow-up.
• Perform administrative and concierge duties, including billing support, guest record updates, facility bookings, shift handovers and report preparation.
