  • Support employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily workplace operations to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance/repairs with service providers and update stakeholders.
  • Manage mailroom operations including handling, distribution and tracking of packages.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee workplace enquiries and feedback.
  • Support employee engagement activities and assist drivers/passengers with app‑related concerns.
  • Manage office resources—supplies, inventory, locker allocation and meeting room setups.
  • Provide regular workplace reports and act as a communication bridge between employees and management.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with a natural ability to engage and support others
  • Problem‑solver who can think on their feet and make quick, effective decisions
  • Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Positive interpersonal skills with a passion for creating an inclusive and supportive workplace

Nice-to-Haves
  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, HR or related fields
  • Certifications in facilities management or workplace safety are an advantage
  • Prior experience in facilities, office admin, customer service or employee engagement roles
