Smart IMS Inc is hiring an experienced Application Support Specialist (Payments) in Singapore to join a leading global investment bank’s real-time payments platforms. You will own L2 production support, perform health checks, and automate BAU tasks within a 24x7 shift model.

Responsibilities include incident management, server patching, outage window planning, and deep technical ownership across Unix/Windows, databases, and middleware like JDBC, XML, JSON, RabbitMQ, and MuleSoft.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production or release support, ITIL or related.
• Experience supporting high-availability, transaction-driven systems.
• Proven ability to manage real-time incidents in a 24/7 environment.
• Knowledge of JDBC, XML, JSON, RabbitMQ, MQ & MuleSoft.
• Strong Unix/Windows OS skills and scripting.
• Experience with Oracle/DB2/PLSQL queries.

Responsabilités

• Role responsible for L2 Application Real time Payments Production Support (Payment Support) within the Corporate Banking domain.
• Day to day production support of applications, health checks, and automation for BAU tasks.
• Server OS patches for vulnerability fixes. Mythos patches every week, identify right outage window for 24x7 active -passive apps.
• Role operates in a 24x7 support model, including shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• This role is a senior individual contributor position with deep technical and operational ownership and does not include people management responsibilities.
• Finacle product knowledge will be best, payment functional knowledge, Sanctions, warehouse payments, various regulatory cut off knowledge is additional help.
