ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to deliver L2 production support for Real-Time Payments systems in a corporate/global banking setting. You will own incident and problem management, RCA, and service governance in a 24x7 high-availability environment.

The role emphasizes technical ownership, cross-regional coordination, and guidance without direct people management. A senior IC with deep operational expertise is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in production/support roles.
• Experience with high-availability, transaction-driven applications.
• Proven track record managing real-time production incidents and outages.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for real-time payments applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in a 24x7 environment.
• Lead problem and known-error management with RCA and permanent fixes.
• Manage incident/problem tickets through ServiceNow / ITSM tools.
• Perform application health checks and BAU automation to maintain stability.
• Coordinate work with global support teams across regions.
• Own production incident management, problem management and service governance.
• Support regulatory, compliance and audit requests.
• Coordinate server OS patching and outage windows for active-passive apps.
• Act as senior escalation point and SME for complex issues.
• Provide technical guidance without direct people management.
