The role focuses on production incident management, RCA, service stability, and operational excellence in a high-availability payments setting.

Qualificações

• Must have 10+ years IT/Application Support experience in Banking/Payments.
• Experience with high-availability real-time payment applications.
• Strong ITIL, ServiceNow, monitoring and RCA capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 production support for critical real-time payments applications.
• Lead incident and problem management, RCA and permanent remediation.
• Monitor application health and perform BAU automation.
• Coordinate with global support, infra, dev and business teams.
• Support patching, vulnerability remediation, release activities and governance.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex production issues.
