ARGYLL SCOTT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer to provide L2 production support for Real-Time Payments applications in Corporate/Global Banking. The role focuses on incident and problem management, RCA, and service governance in a 24x7 environment.

This senior IC role carries deep technical ownership without people management responsibilities, engaging with global teams and stakeholders to restore services swiftly and securely.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in Production or Application Support.
• Strong experience with high-availability, real-time payments environments.
• Proven ability to handle real-time incidents and high-severity outages in a 24x7 setting.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and multiple messaging/DB tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for Real-Time Payments applications.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents including critical outages.
• Lead problem and known-error management with RCA and permanent fixes.
• Coordinate incident tickets through ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
• Perform health checks and automate BAU to sustain system stability.
• Coordinate workload with global support teams across regions.
• Own incident management, problem management and service governance.
• Support regulatory, compliance and audit-related requests.
