Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Executive to support our sales team in promoting and selling residential and/or commercial properties. The role is ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are keen to build a career in real estate sales. The candidate will assist in lead generation, Road show, Event, customer follow-ups, and closing support.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in marketing and selling residential/commercial projects
  • Handle inbound enquiries from walk-ins, calls, websites, and digital campaigns
  • Explain project details such as pricing, floor plans, amenities, and payment plans to customers
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits with prospective clients
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through regular communication
  • Support documentation related to bookings, agreements, and customer onboarding
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth sales closure
  • Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and local real estate regulations
