Job summary

You will design and implement both analog and digital control systems for switch-mode power converters while developing firmware for MCU/DSP-based controllers. Job description

Design, model, and implement analog and digital control systems for switch‑mode power converters to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets.

Develop and validate firmware for MCU/DSP‑based controllers, including control algorithms, bootloaders, and peripheral drivers.

Conduct circuit simulations, prototype builds, and performance testing (electrical, thermal, and EMI/EMC).

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (mechanical, PCB, manufacturing, and quality) to ensure smooth design transfer to production.

Prepare and maintain design documentation, test reports, and BOMs in accordance with ISO and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in power electronics design — DC/DC, AC/DC, or SMPS topologies.
• Proficiency in control theory, analog/digital circuit design, and embedded firmware (C/C++).
• Familiarity with design and simulation tools (PSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, PCB CAD).
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and teamwork skills; able to manage projects independently.
