Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage measurements and cost estimates for construction projects, from initial calculations through to final accounts.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including Bills of Quantities.
• Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors, and negotiate where necessary.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for project and tender submissions.
• Review and interpret civil & structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Prepare contract documentation in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and monitor project costs to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Assess progress payments and variation works for clients and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Liaise with clients, management, and subcontractors, and monitor the progress of main and subcontract works.
• Track project progress and handle measurement and valuation of variations for interim payments and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and procedures.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedQuantity Surveyor to join our Contract team. This role focuses on managing project costs, preparing tender and contract documents, conducting quantity take-offs, and supporting the project team in ensuring cost efficiency and smooth financial administration for construction projects.

Work location: Yishun/Dover area

Key Responsibilities
