Job summary

W+H INTERIOR DESIGN PTE. LTD. is seeking a meticulous Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, budgets, and contract administration for ongoing projects. The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive cost control, and collaboration with suppliers and the project team.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Singapore’s construction/renovation sector, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in English, with CostX proficiency as a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or renovation industry in Singapore.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software such as CostX; AutoCAD is a bonus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.

• Source, negotiate and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct site measurements and valuations.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
