Job summary

Our Recruiters LLP in Singapore is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and contract administration, ensuring financial control and effective subcontractor coordination.

You will prepare cost analyses, evaluate quotations, perform take-offs, manage variations and final accounts, and oversee progress payments to support timely disbursements. The role requires a degree or diploma in Building and at least 5 years' experience with main contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of main contractor Quantity Surveyor experience.
• Proficiency in contract negotiation and administration.
