Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cost estimation and tender/bid preparation.
• Proficiency in Excel for cost tracking and data analysis.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and compile tender documents with specs, drawings and scope of work.
• Conduct cost estimations and evaluate tenders for competitive bids.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Develop quotations aligned with project requirements.
• Verify documentation is complete and submitted on time.
