Job summary

NCE CORPORATION (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor cum Drafter with strong quantity surveying, tendering, cost management and technical drafting capabilities.

This is a combined commercial and technical position. The successful candidate must be capable of handling quantity take-off, tender pricing, quotations, progress claims, Variation Orders, subcontractor procurement and final accounts, while also possessing technical drafting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity surveying, tendering and cost management.
• Proficiency in technical drafting and take-off.
• Ability to prepare tender pricing and final accounts, with subcontractor procurement.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-off and tender pricing.
• Prepare quotations and progress claims.
• Manage Variation Orders and subcontractor procurement.
• Compile cost reports and assist in final accounts.
• Contribute to technical drafting and drawings as needed.
