Job summary

GLOBAL ROAD MACHINERY & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs across tenders, contracts and invoicing. You will prepare budgets, analyze drawings, handle subcontract valuations and maintain cost control throughout construction.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender/contract documents, quantities, cost estimates and manage cost information.
• Prepare and call quotations and evaluate costing; negotiate subcontracts for projects.
• Assist in budget preparation and track design changes affecting budgets.
