Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience producing 2D/3D drawings from scratch using CAD tools.
• Ability to spot discrepancies between site and drawings.
• Experience with tender preparation and pricing support.
• Familiarity with cost estimation, quantity take-off and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction layout plans and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP teams and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender documents and procurement materials.
• Oversee cost estimation, variation orders and final accounts.
• Attend site meetings with contractors and resolve site issues.
