Job summary

G-CONCEPT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable civil estimator/quantity surveyor to manage tender submissions, prepare quantities and cost estimates, and coordinate with teams to ensure compliant documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, can work independently under tight schedules, and has strong communication skills; proficiency in AutoCAD is required, Revit a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project tender submission including bills of quantities, check tender drawing, and material specifications.
• Prepare and submit the waterproofing plan, shop drawing, and other required documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, VO, and finalization of accounts.
• Perform measurement of quantities and cost estimation.
• Liaise with Managers, Team Members, Customers, Sub-Contractors, and Suppliers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
