Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector preferred.
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experience in measurement, tender preparation, costing, pricing and quotations.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of building regulations and standard forms of building contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-driven, responsible and a good team player.
