Job summary

Staffhub Group in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Building professional to handle cost estimation, BQ/tender submissions, and vendor negotiation. You will coordinate project tasks, manage material orders, update accounts with clients and vendors, and support the Contract Manager on administrative matters.

AutoCAD knowledge is required. Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and a degree or diploma in Building.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveyor with equivalent qualifications.
• Min 3 year relevant experience in construction-related environment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
• Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD are required.
• Knowledge of Architectural & ID works is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality, resourceful, good initiative and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cost estimation and BQ/tender submission with deadline
• Source, negotiate price and work with new and existing vendors
• Responsible for material order processing and cost control
• Project coordination and liaising with subcontractors and vendors.
• Attend site matters and handle clients’ needs.
• Assist Contract Manager on project administrative matters
• Update project accounts with clients and vendors
