Job summary

Keifer Construction Pte Ltd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and revise drawings for tenders and job orders, analyze tender costings, and manage submissions to meet deadlines. You will obtain quotations, liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, and coordinate with sales, production and clients on job orders and design specs.

The role requires site surveys, quality checks, and documentation of progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experience in measurement, tender preparation, costing, pricing and quotations.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of building regulations and standard forms of building contracts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, self-driven, responsible and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise drawings for tenders and job orders.
• Prepare and analyze tender costings, pricing and quotations.
• Manage tender preparation and submission within required deadlines.
• Obtain quotations and liaise/negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with sales, production and clients on job orders and design specifications.
• Conduct site surveys and assess installation, delivery and set-up requirements.
• Conduct quality control to ensure finished works comply with job orders and drawings.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain proper records of files and drawings.
• Support production, procurement and logistics teams.
