Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage pre-contract and post-contract activities on construction projects in Singapore.

You will review specifications, prepare take-offs, liaise with clients and contractors, monitor costs, and prepare progress claims and final accounts. A Diploma or Degree in QS or related field is required, with experience in M&E or civil projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Relevant QS experience in M&E / construction projects has advantage.
• Experience in both pre-contract and post-contract work.
• Familiarity with Civil/ ACMV/ M&E projects is preferred.
• Experience in LTA projects will be an advantage.

• Prepare and manage progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Attend site meetings and support overall project coordination.
