Job summary

TSTAR Recruit Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Tender) for an established MNC client in Singapore.

You will assist the Project Manager in pre- and post-contract activities, and handle price evaluations, tenders, bills of quantities and quotations for civil and building projects. The role requires a degree in QS, at least 3 years in construction, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
• Team player with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor:

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate quantity measurements to support progress payment claims, variation order claims, subcontractor and supplier payments, and final accounts.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 7,000 +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location:Redhill
• Working Hours: 5.5 Days Work, Alt Saturdays
