Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years of experience to support cost control and procurement on building and civil projects. You will prepare cost estimates, manage tenders, and assist in contract awards, ensuring compliance with project requirements.

You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers, monitor budgets and final accounts, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree required in QS/CM or related field.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract administration for building or civil projects.
• Strong cost estimating and contract administration knowledge.
