Job summary

FRONTBUILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proficient Quantity Surveyor with a Civil background to manage procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, and measurement of quantities and variations on live projects.

The candidate will compile photos and inspection forms for variation orders attachments, prepare tender documents and bills of quantities, and work independently under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• At least 5 years of relevant QS experience.
• Ability to work independently on project QS functions.

Responsibilities

• Experience in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities and variation orders.
• Compile photos, inspection forms and documents for variation order attachments.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
• Compile photos, inspection forms and all relevant documents required for VOs attachment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• 05 years of relevant working experience (QS)
• Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
