Job summary

HOCK SOON HENG E&C PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years of relevant experience. You will handle tender and contract document administration, prepare bills of quantities, cost estimates, and monitor cost control.

You will manage quantity take-offs, claims, variations, and final accounts while tracking market cost trends. The ideal candidate has solid knowledge of contract and QS procedures, and can lead tasks independently.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or relevant field
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
