• Responsible for quantities taking-offs and variations claim.
• Handles contract administration and final accounts settlement.
• Monitors project phasing & payments.
• Preparation & revision of construction programmes and delay claims.

• Preparation & Revision of Construction Programmes & follow-up delay claims
