Job summary

Sundart Engineering Services (Singapore) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost analysis, contracts administration, and tender activities on project work in Singapore.

You will prepare tender documents, monitor budgets, handle variation orders, and coordinate with project managers, designers and subcontractors to maintain cost control and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year relevant QS experience.
• Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Experience with subcontractors, commercial contracts administration, budgeting controls, claims handling, tender submission and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements

• Prepare tenders including quantity taking off and pricing
• Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control

• Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

About the role

Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services for projects, including quantity surveying and contract administration activities.

About you

• Previous exposure to sub-contractors and commercial contracts administration, cost and budgeting controls, claims handling, tender submission, materials pricing and costs estimation
