CHINA CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (NANYANG) PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support cost evaluation, contract administration, and interim valuations on building projects.

The role involves sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, performing take-offs and monthly progress claims, and preparing pricing and contract variation documentation. Applicants with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and the ability to start on short notice are preferred, with Singapore-based

• Familiar with cost evaluation and budgeting processes.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract administration.
• Ability to source subcontractors and suppliers.
• Skilled in quantity take-offs and monthly progress claims.
• Prepare interim valuations, pricing, and variations documentation.
