Grab is seeking an operations analytics professional to identify opportunities to improve store listings, menus, content accuracy, and merchant availability on the platform. You will analyze order and fulfillment performance to drive reductions in cancellations and delays, and develop interventions to improve merchant execution and accountability.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, or project management.
• Ability to break down complex operational problems and design practical solutions balancing multiple stakeholders.
• Nice to have experience in food delivery or marketplace quality and trust operations.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to improve store listings, menus, content accuracy, and merchant availability
• Analyze order and fulfillment performance to find drivers of cancellations, delays, and quality issues
