Job summary

Grab is seeking a high-impact leader to head our merchant acquisition efforts in Singapore. You will shape the sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and create a scalable revenue engine across GrabFood, GrabMart, GrabFin, and Omnicommerce.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, Express and Acquisition, you will translate business priorities into commercial plans, coach sales leaders, optimize pipelines, and negotiate with strategic merchants to unlock growth for the Grab ecosystem from our

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive sales experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
• Proven track record of delivering against ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term merchant acquisition strategy across multiple Grab products.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Sales Managers with a high-performance culture.
• Establish rigorous forecasting and pipeline management discipline.
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment with BU, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Lead end-to-end merchant partnerships and secure long-term merchant retention.
