Qualifications

• Product management experience in technology, preferably marketplace/logistics
• Ability to break long-term vision into experiments and releases
• Strong problem solving amidst ambiguity in a fast-growing space
• Deep understanding of customer, merchant, driver-partner, and operations needs
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps, and measuring impact
• Comfort discussing marketplace systems, data signals, and integrations
• Analytical judgement using data and qualitative evidence
• Experience influencing diverse stakeholders without direct authority
• Ability to think from first principles across end-to-end journeys
• Fluency in applying AI to product development and design

Responsibilities

• Own and define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GrabMart Fulfilment
• Improve end-to-end reliability and efficiency across the fulfilment journey
• Shape new fulfilment models for larger baskets and longer delivery windows
• Influence prioritisation by balancing stakeholder perspectives across seniorities
• Translate user insights into concrete product requirements and specs
• Balance customer experience with reliability, efficiency, and unit economics
• Lead product discovery, experiments, pilots, and measure success with data
• Communicate complex tech concepts to diverse audiences to influence outcomes
• Embrace AI and LLMs to improve discovery, decisions, and operations
