Job summary

Grab is seeking an operations analytics professional to identify opportunities to improve store listings, menus, content accuracy, and merchant availability on the platform. You will analyze order and fulfillment performance to drive reductions in cancellations and delays, and develop interventions to improve merchant execution and accountability.
