Job summary

Grab is seeking an Associate, Quality & Trust to improve merchant and platform quality across the end-to-end consumer journey in Singapore. You will use data and feedback to identify quality gaps, drive improvements, and support product teams on platform enhancements.

Responsibilities include improving merchant content and availability, reducing fulfilment defects, and strengthening policies and operational controls while partnering with cross-functional teams to scale quality operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, analytics, strategy, or project/programme management.
• Ability to break down complex problems and develop practical solutions.
• Manage projects from problem definition and solution design through execution and impact measurement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve merchant content, availability, and discovery experience.
• Analyze order and fulfilment performance to identify quality issues and root causes.
• Design practical solutions balancing consumer, merchant, and business needs; enable product/process improvements.
