Grab is seeking a Senior Manager, Deliveries Strategy to architect our unit's strategic direction and prioritize high-impact bets. You will shape problem statements, align initiatives with global strategy, and partner with Product, Analytics, Commercial, and Technology to drive data-driven decisions.

The role requires rigorous strategic thinking, strong commercial sense, and an ability to influence cross-functional leaders while maintaining an org-wide perspective for execution.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 10–12 years in strategy or management consulting, including 5+ years in leadership within high-growth environments.
• Global Optima Problem Solving with clear hypotheses and forward-looking opportunities.
• Expert-level use of decision-making frameworks and ability to teach them.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with leaders at all levels.
• Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights and How Might We statements.
• Proven track record with C-suite executives and cross-functional heads.
• Experience anticipating industry developments and shifting focus accordingly.
