Job summary

A global manufacturing company located in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to enhance their team. Responsibilities include developing test plans, conducting precision measurements, and managing calibration activities. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Chemistry or Engineering, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of SPC is advantageous. Job description

Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement acceptance test plans based on technical drawings and customer requirements.
  • Conduct precision metrology measurements using advanced optical and inspection equipment such as interferometers, goniometers, optical profilers, projectors, and other measurement tools.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external calibration activities to ensure equipment accuracy.
  • Provide support for incoming and outsourced inspection processes as needed.
  • Support final quality assurance checks to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Assist in supplier qualification activities and quality verification for new vendors.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Min Diploma Chemistry/Engineering studies, or a related field.
  • Min 2 years’ relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge or experience in SPC will be advantagous.
