Job summary

ABR Holdings Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to assist the Production Manager/QA manager in audits and maintaining the Quality Assurance System at the Central manufacturing plant and across the cold chain. You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain ISO/HACCP/FSMS standards in a central kitchen environment.

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology or higher.
• At least 3 years as a Quality Assurance Executive in F&B/Central Kitchen setting.
• Knowledge in Halal, HACCP, ISO and FSMS.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Central Manufacturing Plant operates in compliance with Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA regulation.
• Enforce in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.
• Maintain HACCP, Halal, ISO and FSMS for the Central Manufacturing plant.

About the role

Assist the Production Manager/QA manager in audits and maintaining the Quality Assurance System in the Central manufacturing plant and for the entire cold chain.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure that the Central Manufacturing Plant operates in compliance with the Operating Level Program Standards, local authorities and SFA regulation. Enforce the in-house housekeeping and cleaning schedule.
• Maintain the HACCP, Halal, ISO and Food Safety Management System for the Central Manufacturing plant.
• Conduct product and process check in Central Manufacturing
• Handle Food Safety related Complaint relevance to Central Manufacturing
• Prepare Product specification and SOP
• Conduct Cross-functional department internal Audit
• Any other ad-hoc duties assign by supervisor

About you

• Diploma in Food Science & Technology and above
• At least 3 year as a Quality Assurance Executive in F&B/ Central Kitchen Setting
• Knowledge in Halal, HACCP, ISO and FSMS
