Job summary

PRIME DELI TRADING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA Executive to oversee food safety and quality standards. You will conduct internal audits, monitor hygiene, and ensure SOPs and records are up to date to support compliant operations.

The role requires 1 year QA/QC experience in food manufacturing and familiarity with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and SFA regulations. Singaporeans or PRs only. Immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of QA/QC experience in the food manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and SFA regulations.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and documentation processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office and QA documentation.
• Singaporeans or PRs only.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage ISO22000 Food standards.
• Conduct routine internal audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Monitor hygiene practices across production, packing, and storage areas.
• Ensure SOPs, checklists, and records are properly maintained and updated.
• Handle non-conformance reports and follow up with corrective actions.
• Support external audits and liaise with regulatory bodies (e.g. SFA).
• Verify calibration of measuring tools and cleanliness of equipment.
• Conduct staff training on food hygiene, safety, and QA protocols.
• Assist in traceability, product recalls, and quality verification.
• Ensure all products meet internal and external quality standards.
