Job summary

COMMONWEALTH KOKUBU LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a QA Executive to ensure food products are stored, handled, and transported under proper storage conditions, in compliance with food safety regulations.

You will monitor cold chain integrity and coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams. The role requires 2–5 years QA experience in cold chain food logistics or manufacturing, with HACCP/ISO 22000 knowledge.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
• 2–5 years QA experience in cold chain food logistics, warehousing, or food manufacturing.
• Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety standards.
• Conduct hygiene audits of storage facilities, vehicles, and handling processes.
• Support pest control, sanitation, and personal hygiene programs.
• Maintain proper documentation including temperature logs, cleaning records, audit checklists, and incident reports.
• Conduct internal audits and assist in third-party or client audits.
• Track and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCR) and CAPAs.
• Investigate customer complaints, quality failures, or cold chain breaches.
• Prepare root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.

Overall Responsibilities:

Reporting to QA Manager, the QA Executive ensures that all food products are stored, handled, and transported under appropriate storage conditions in compliance with food safety regulations and company standards. The role involves monitoring cold chain integrity, auditing processes, verifying documentation, and coordinating with logistics, warehousing, and regulatory teams to maintain product quality and safety.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety standards.
• Conduct hygiene audits of storage facilities, vehicles, and handling processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Regulatory Knowledge: HACCP, ISO 22000, other relevant food safety standards

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation tools
• Must be able to conduct internal audits and assist in third-party or client audits with a good working attitude

Preferred:

• Certification in HACCP / ISO 22000.
• Experience working with frozen/chilled food items
